My project is entitled "Intersectional underrepresentation under the angle of epistemic injustice". I argue that epistemic injustices could help understand the lack of diversity in strategic positions in organizations. I am interested in how epistemic injustices act in the context of career progression to strategic positions. My aim is to contribute to a better understanding of the lack of representativeness in strategic positions in organizations. I propose to explore the phenomenon from a critical point of view, by mobilizing the concept of epistemic injustice, which is currently under-utilized in management and thus complements the diversity equity and inclusion literature.
